Rays Grab the Top While Padres Charge

Right behind, the Cubs made their own jump on the back of Alex Bregman, who hit four homers and drove in ten with a 1.394 OPS; the Brewers, still owners of the best record at 76-48, slipped a bit after a 3-4 week and a minus-8 differential. And keep an eye on San Diego, up to seventh after going 5-1.
